OMG! I’ve used KCC for my heating and air needs and Colin has been to my home for both issues. Let me tell you that he is simply awesome. Knowledgeable , thorough, friendly and very professional. He explains everything and makes sure you have a full understanding of the work that’s being done and any future needed repairs and recommendations. I was so pleased that I offered him a tip both times but he would not accept it. He’s a great guy that does great work for a great company. Also when scheduling appointments ( I had to reschedule due to work commitments) Ashley in residential was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and professional. I highly recommend KCC!!

We couldn’t have been happier with the service that Colin provided. He was honest, knowledgeable, and did a great job in every aspect. All companies seem to price gouge when it comes to coolant, but KCC seemed to gouge the least. $85 per lb for something that is readily available at $10 per lb seems crazy, but we found other companies charging $175 so they are the lesser of all the evils. That said l, we were very happy with the service and promptness as they had someone at our house on the same day.

I researched and found that my AC/Furnace were over 33 years old and decided to replace them with new efficient units. I also added a HEPA system, and UV light to help with allergies, as I have allergies. I was provided a quote for the systems to be installed, was installed in a timely manner, and when I had a concern with the noise the HEPA system made, they made it all right. Very happy with the service and product used. House is warmer and quiet.
