1977

Founded as a residential HVAC company, exclusively offering Trane equipment.

1985

KCC expanded into the Commercial HVAC Service, and New Construction, as well as added Carrier, Amana and other brands to their HVAC options.

1999

Expanded into Lexington for New Commercial Service.

2008

Became an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)

2017

Re Branded- Kentuckiana Comfort Center to KCC Heating and Cooling

I moved to Louisville in 1977 with the vision of building a company that would provide the highest quality and reliability in HVAC design, installation, and service.
